WHAT CAN I BUY FROM YOU?
You can buy products related to sports equipment, sports apparel, casual wear, safety wear, motorcycle wear, leather products, badges, boxing equipment, gym and fitness products, MMA gear, martial arts uniforms, etc.
DO YOU HAVE A FACTORY?
Yes, we have purposely built separate office areas and production units in our factory. Our constructed area consists of large halls for production purposes with 24/7 backup of electric generators to fulfill the requirements of on-time delivery. Production facilities are equipped with state-of-the-art machinery to meet the requirements of large-scale productions. Using these facilities our highly skilled workers ensure delivering the right quality and timely shipments with satisfactory customer service.
CAN I VISIT YOUR FACTORY?
Yes, we warmly invite our Honorable Customers to visit us at our factory, where we may discuss some latest developments in our products based on the line of business the Client is currently operating. Else wise, if invited, we do take international tours for successful business meetings.
DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
Yes, we do.
WHEN CAN I GET THE QUOTATION?
We understand the needs of the Customers therefore each inquiry is entertained with due importance and is timely answered. The general reply time is 48 business hours. However, if you do not receive a reply to your email please give us a call during our working hours 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (Pakistan Standard Time) at +923009616490 because there is a possibility that your email might have reached the spam folder.
CAN YOU PROVIDE OEM OR ODM SERVICES?
Yes, we always welcome our customer's requests for private labeling and branding and we offer OEM and ODM services. We can place your logos and labels on the products as well. The printing or labeling cost will be quoted after checking the design of the labels or logos.
CAN YOU PRODUCE ITEMS NOT SHOWN ON YOUR WEBSITE?
The items shown on our website are intended as a guide to show you the scope of what we can manufacture. Our vast capabilities are such that we can manufacture almost any product within the main categories shown on this website. We love working with all brands and enjoy developing new products so whatever your requirements or ideas please get in touch and we can discuss a design solution for you.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY (MOQ) YOU ACCEPT?
The minimum order quantity (MOQ) for any product is 50-100 pieces (mix size and color).
WHAT IS YOUR PRODUCTION LEAD TIME?
We generally require 3 to 4 four weeks to complete your order; however, the order completion time depends on the quantity of your order. You will be informed about the exact completion time of your order beforehand.
CAN I GET FREE SAMPLES?
Yes, the sample order will be free of cost but freight is paid by the Customers. We do not stock or store any products; all the products are made to order.
WHAT IS THE PRODUCTION LEAD TIME FOR SAMPLES?
Samples mostly are produced within a week, but it depends on the design, quantity, and sizes of samples. However, if we already have samples ready for certain products, they can be shipped after receiving the shipping cost. Once the payment is received, the sample order will be shipped the same day by courier and we shall also send you the digital images of the products before shipping as proof.
HOW DO I GET PRICING?
Everything we do is on a quote-by-quote basis. Without seeing designs, it’s impossible for us to get a client any real numbers. Clients are asked to send us mockups of what they’d like to make, as well as estimated quantities and target prices. After receiving this info we can start to work out the numbers. The more details provided the better. At the lowest minimums (50-100) the prices are going to be much higher. There are price breaks for higher quantity orders.
ARE THE PRICES NEGOTIABLE?
Yes, the prices are negotiable. But the prices we give are based on the cost and are quite reasonable. And the prices also have a great relationship with the order quantity and material.
HOW DO YOU ACCEPT PAYMENT?
We accept payment by Bank Transfer, PayPal, or Western Union or in the form of an irrevocable letter of credit or advance payment. All L/C charges including opening, advising and bank charges outside Pakistan are for the account of the Buyer.
Company policy about payment is:
- 100% advance payment with order
- 40% in advance with order and 60% before shipment
- 50% in advance, 25% when the shipment is ready and 25% after receiving the shipment
- Irrevocable letter of credit (L/C) at sight
WHICH COURIER SERVICE DELIVERS ORDERS?
Selections of fully tracked and insured courier services are available and selected to best suit your shipping requirements. We mostly use DHL for shipping samples although will discuss with you the best solution for your order.
WHAT ABOUT YOUR DELIVERY TIME?
After the order is completed it generally takes approximately one week for the shipment to reach its destination by air. By sea, the delivery time is approximately 16 to 20 days. In certain cases, it might take 30 days by sea as well.
