INQUIRIES

SWEEK PAK well understands the needs of the Customers therefore each inquiry is entertained with due importance and is timely answered. The general reply time is 48 business hours. However, if you do not receive a reply to your email please give us a call during our working hours 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (Pakistan Standard Time) at +923009616490 because there is a possibility that your email might have reached the spam folder.

 

SAMPLE ORDERS

We receive numerous inquiries every day requesting samples of our products for quality evaluation purposes. The sample order will be free of cost but freight is paid by the Customers. We do not stock or store any products; all the products are made to order. Samples mostly are produced within a week, but it depends on the design, quantity, and sizes of samples. However, if we already have samples ready for certain products, they can be shipped after receiving the shipping cost. Once the payment is received, the sample order will be shipped the same day by courier and we shall also send you the digital images of the products before shipping as proof.

 

PRIVATE LABELING (OEM AND ODM SERVICES)

We always welcome our customer's requests for private labeling and branding and we offer OEM and ODM services. We can place your logos and labels on the products as well. The printing or labeling cost will be quoted after checking the design of the labels or logos.

               

CLIENT'S PRIVACY AND DEVELOPMENT

Customer-specified design, construction, and models are always kept secret. SWEEK PAK is always ready to produce new products according to modern techniques and Clients' requirements. You can send us the original physical samples of your products or the scanned or digital images of your designs or models of the products that you would like us to develop specially for you if you do not find the required products on our website or catalog. We guarantee 100% secrecy of your new designs. Our R&D department is equipped with the latest state-of-the-art machinery and skills and will develop any new product and design as per your requirement. We guarantee and agree with our regular Clients to protect their designs and models exclusively. We always do written agreements with our special Clients to supply their designed products only to them.

 

MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY (MOQ)

The minimum order quantity (MOQ) or the initial test order for any product is 50-100 pieces (mix size and color).

 

PAYMENTS TERMS

We accept payment by Bank Transfer, PayPal, or Western Union or in the form of an irrevocable letter of credit or advance payment.  All L/C charges including opening, advising and bank charges outside Pakistan are for the account of the Buyer. Company policy about payment is:

100% advance payment with order

40% in advance with order and 60% before shipment

50% in advance, 25% when the shipment is ready and 25% after receiving the shipment

Irrevocable letter of credit (L/C) at sight

 

ORDER COMPLETION TIME AND DELIVERY

We generally require 3 to 4 four weeks to complete your order; however, the order completion time depends on the quantity of your order. You will be informed about the exact completion time of your order beforehand. After the order is completed it generally takes approximately one week for the shipment to reach its destination by air. By sea, the delivery time is approximately 16 to 20 days. In certain cases, it might take 30 days by sea as well.

 

SHIPMENT READY NOTIFICATION

The Customer would be notified that the shipment is ready. In the case of F.O.B shipments, the Customer would ask their shipping/handling agent (if any) to collect the shipment from the factory. In the case of C.I.F shipments, the factory would be responsible to arrange the shipping agent and will hand over the shipment for further process/action on their own.

 

SHIPPING DOCUMENTS

When the shipment is dispatched and documents are issued by the shipping line (i.e. Airway Bill or Bill of Lading) the Company would dispatch the original documents to the Customer for shipment release from the destination airport or seaport. 

 

DUTIES/TAXES AT DESTINATION

The Buyer would pay ALL the duties/taxes applicable at the destination in both F.O.B and C.I.F cases.

 

DEMURRAGE/STORING CHARGES

In case the Customer fails to collect the shipment at the destination airport/seaport on time and if there are any demurrage/storage charges the Company would not be responsible for that and the Customer has no right to claim the loss.

 

DEFECTIVE AND MANUFACTURING ERRORS

All our products are guaranteed to be free from defects in material or workmanship. Products received by the Buyer that do not meet the manufacturing, packaging, quality, or finish criteria set by the Customer or as per the approved pre-production samples shall be deemed “Defects”. At the Customer’s sole discretion, these may be rejected or refused. The Customer shall notify the Company within 15 days of the physical receipt of the products in its warehouse. The Customer can charge the Company for all expenses incurred as a result of the defects. The Company is responsible for supplying the “Replacement” or “Refund” required amount as per the Customer’s choice, of the defective goods at its expense.

 

RETURN POLICY

You must include the delivery note with the item you are returning. Without the delivery note, we are unable to identify who the return is from and process a refund. Wrap the item securely in appropriate packaging. If possible please use the original packaging. Take your parcel to the post office and ask for proof of posting receipt. Keep your proof of postage receipts in a safe place as we cannot be held responsible for items that fail to reach us. Please email a photo of the proof of postage receipt, along with your order number and a list of the items you have returned to info@sweekpak.com. We will notify you via email when we have begun processing your return and intend to refund your money. This may take up to 5-7 working days from our acknowledging receipt of the returned item or postage receipt. Where you have paid by credit/debit card, refunds will be made to the card used.
