HEALTH, SAFETY, AND ENVIRONMENT
We provide a safe and healthy working environment including protection from fire, accidents, and hazardous substances to our valuable workforce. SWEEK PAK believes that a safe and healthy working environment is the right of every employee and organization.
FREE TRANSPORTATION
SWEEK PAK provides free transportation for employees living on the outskirts of the city.
FIRE SAFETY AND EMERGENCY RESPONSE
SWEEK PAK encourages and supports a high-quality approach to maintaining a fire-safe environment. We make necessary arrangements to ensure the protection of the workforce from any occurrence of accident or incident. We also review the safety equipment periodically. We provide workers with regular health and safety training, including fire safety training, training in waste management, and handling of chemicals and other dangerous materials.
MEDICAL AND SOCIAL SECURITY
We provide benefits of social security and medical facilities to our employees. SWEEK PAK provides the facility of free medical treatment both indoors and outdoors for its employees.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT
SWEEK PAK provides a safe and hygienic place to work, with sufficient light, heating, and ventilation. We provide access to clean toilet facilities, potable water, and, if applicable, sanitary facilities for food preparation and storage.
PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT
SWEEK PAK is committed to providing PPEs to all employees where there is any exposure to potential hazards. Personal protective equipment plays an important role in reducing the effects of an incident on the people involved in it.
BUILDING SAFETY
SWEEK PAK ensures that the structure of the production unit, including dormitory facilities provided by the production unit, is stable and safe, does not exceed the approved loading, and does not put people in jeopardy. We conduct building inspections regularly as per country law or industry practice. Our building is approved only for industrial use and is under single occupancy/ownership.
SMOKING POLICY
We ensure that no employee will be allowed to smoke in working areas. Only nominated and designated areas shall be allowed for smoking. Moreover, the Company discourages smoking as it is injurious to the health of employees and a wastage of money.
FOODSTUFF MEAL AND ENTERTAINMENT
SWEEK PAK has excellent arrangements to provide meals and other necessary entertainment to its employees without distinguishing their jobs.
